Approach
We can automatically create CRM leads from Zoho Forms using the steps given below.
1. Creating the Form
1.1 Go to “My Forms” and click “New Form”
1.2 Select “Blank Form”
1.3 Enter the “Form Name” and click “Create Form”
1.4 Drag and drop the required fields, such as “Name”, “Email”, “Phone”, and “Company Name”
2. Integrating with Zoho CRM
2.1 Go to “Integrations”, select “Zoho CRM”, and click “Integrate”
2.2 Select “Leads” as the “Module”
2.3 Under “Field Mapping”, map the form fields to the CRM fields
2.4 Click “Integrate” to save
3. Testing the Integration
3.1 Open the form
3.2 Enter the test data and click “Submit”
3.3 Open Zoho CRM and go to “Leads”. The new lead is created automatically
